Jakob’s business career spans over two decades leading teams and organisations in several different companies and industries. Jakob has always been fuelled by a passion for breakthrough innovation and technology – combined with a strong interest in leadership development and organisational performance.

During his career, Jakob developed the conviction that organizations have tremendous potential to tap into by driving excellence in execution around key strategic priorities & accelerating the development of employees and leaders.

In 2021, Jakob decided to join forces with his father and founded LEADING2RESULTS Sàrl.

 

Olle’s leadership career began in the Swedish navy. As Commanding Officer of a Navy ship he learnt that whilst understanding the “theory of leadership” in the naval academy – you could only learn to lead once ship left the port.
Entering the business world, Olle realized that there wasn’t much impact from leadership programs on behaviour change and bottom-line results. Consequently, he developed “results-focused leadership development programs” with a tangible RoI and developed over 5’000 leaders globally leveraging this powerful approach.
